Product Information

Suitable for use with clean water that does not contain abrasive particles and liquids that are not chemically aggressive towards the materials from which the pump is made.

安装

Installation Guide

Valve Installation

Install union gate valves on both inlet/outlet pipelines, positioned 0.2–0.5 meters from the pump for easy maintenance.

Piping Requirements

Use galvanized steel or PPR plastic pipes to minimize pressure loss.

Keep pipelines straight; avoid excessive elbows, reducers, or adapters.

Critical Components

Well intake: Install a one-way foot valve at the pipeline’s lowest point.

Tank supply: Add an overflow shut-off device to prevent continuous operation.

Control Box Setup

Mount the control box facing outward in a dry, shaded area to protect electrical components.

Priming & Startup

Fill the pump with water via the exhaust screw until overflow.

Plug in power → wait 2 seconds for startup → open the farthest faucet to purge air.

After air is expelled, the pump will auto-start/stop (2s delay on, 3s delay off).

Troubleshooting

Pump Fails to Start

Power issue: Verify electrical supply is connected and energized.

Faulty capacitor: Check for swelling/damage; replace if necessary.

Impeller jam: Disconnect power, manually rotate the fan blade.

Control board failure: Short-circuit the pressure switch pins; replace board if no red light.

High pressure: Adjust pressure switch clockwise with a 4mm hex key.

Dry-run protection: Unplug, wait 5 minutes, then reset.

Pump Runs Continuously

Leak detection: Close outlet valve → if pump stops, inspect pipes/appliances for leaks.

Low pressure: Adjust pressure switch counterclockwise until red light turns off.

Flow switch stuck: Clean debris or replace the switch if unresponsive.

Frequent Start-Stop Cycles

Low flow usage:

Replace expandable hoses (e.g., rubber) with rigid pipes.

Ensure faucets are opened >1/3 capacity to stabilize flow.

Adjust pressure switch to raise activation threshold.

Pressure tank issues:

Inflate to 0.5–1 bar via air nozzle; replace tank if water leaks.

System Features

Soft Start/Stop

Starts 2 seconds after power-on; stops 3 seconds after faucet closure.

Dry-Run Protection

Runs for 3 mins → pauses 8 secs → runs 2 mins → stops. Self-resets after 6 hours.

Anti-Freeze & Anti-Jamming

Automatically runs 10 seconds every 12 hours to prevent freezing or sediment buildup.

Leakage Detection

Shuts down after 90 minutes of cycling; yellow light flashes to alert leaks.

Constant Pressure Backup

Restarts if pressure drops below threshold; operates even if flow switch fails.

Power-On Self-Check

Runs 3 seconds after power restoration to reset system.

Note: Always disconnect power before maintenance. Contact the manufacturer for replacement parts if internal components (e.g., circuit board, switches) are damaged.
